This session will be led by Dr. Mary Bergman. She is a retired physician who has spent the last 5 yrs researching the medical science behind healthy eating, weight loss and wellness. Mary has struggled with her weight and yo-yo dieting for most of her life. Her expertise with medical research and her own personal struggles will bring insight into this important topic.
