Yoga is the union of mind, body, and soul. Through asana (physical postures), we cultivate presence, flexibility, strength, patience, and gratitude for our bodies, while also learning the value of consistency and boundaries. In this all-levels, 30-minute class, we’ll gently nudge your joints and muscles, no matter your age or mobility.
