Yoga & Sound Bath w/Susanna Cagle
Yoga is the union of mind, body, and soul. Through asana (physical postures), we cultivate presence, flexibility, strength, patience, and gratitude for our bodies, while also learning the value of consistency and boundaries. In this all-levels, 30-minute class, we’ll gently nudge your joints and muscles, no matter your age or mobility. Following the yoga practice, experience deep relaxation in a 45-minute guided sound bath designed to restore your nervous system and reconnect you with inner stillness.

Zero Zen Club
Zero-Zen Club is a flow-based meditation class for anyone dealing with anxiety, restlessness, or relentless overthinking.
We’ll explore four practical techniques—using the Breath to still the mind, Semi-focus stillness meditations, Sound frequencies and Awareness Techniques, so everyone can find a style that actually works for them. Use the techniques to reduce anxiety, enter a state of flow, enjoy peace and stillness or to boost creativity.

Sound Bath: Deep Relaxation for Body and Mind Experience deep relaxation with a guided sound bath designed to restore your nervous system and reconnect you with inner stillness.

A deep, resonant gong joins in, followed by the soothing sounds of soft rain. These healing sound frequencies surround you, inviting you to unwind, let go, and drift into a state of complete relaxation.

Chai & Chat is a cozy hour of warm tea, gentle conversation, and unhurried company—perfect for unwinding together at the end of a cold day.
Sip aromatic spiced Indian chai and light refreshments while you settle into a welcoming circle of women simply gathering to connect and be.

Life-Weaving with Color and Texture w/Suzanne Hubbard
Experience weaving as it brings more color and texture into your life. This new class allows you to work on an 8” x 5” tapestry over the course of 3 consecutive classes. You must sign-up for all three.
No new people will join after the first class. Anyone can take this 3-in-1 class who has no weaving experience. However, many of you have been weaving with me over the last three years. This is an opportunity for you to slip into the creative process of meandering and feeling which textures and colors feed your soul.
