Applied Alchemy: From Fear to Flow
Join us with our teacher Laurel Durrett as she guides us from fear to flow.
Over four weeks, women will gather to engage in a repeatable, ceremonial process designed to shift their inner and/or outer experiences from fear to flow. Each session invites participants to align with the felt sense of a more coherent, elevated outcome to life’s challenges.

The route is a 2.5-mile loop, mostly flat with a gentle incline at the beginning. Along the way, enjoy stretches of shade and a convenient restroom stop on the loop.
This is a welcoming, casual-paced walk—perfect for connecting with others while getting some fresh air and movement midweek.
No need to RSVP for this event, just meet us with your walking shoes and water for hydration.

A Group Walk and Cooking Class
Join instructor Leondra Weiss for a 30 minute walk around WHTK followed by a group cooking session.
Engage in group physical activity while discussing healthier cooking and alternative foods for diet restrictions.

Come learn about what those dashboard lights mean, how to know if your tires are good and what to do if they aren't, and how to recognize what is what under the hood. Get your hands dirty and have more confidence with your car.

Dowsing 101 for Everyday Guidance
This class offers an overview of dowsing fundamentals. You’ll learn how to work with simple tools, establish a reliable YES/NO response, and practice reading subtle signals with confidence. Perfect for beginners who want a practical, hands-on experience. Bring your own pendulums and dowsing rods; tools will also be provided.
Hand-Building Pottery
We will explore hand-building with clay. Participants will learn how to make a basic pinch pot style bowl, magnets, or free build!
Participants will explore the sensory experience of building with clay while enjoying conversations with other women.
Tarot Sessions with Annamary Fitzgerald
