Yoga & Sound Bath w/Susanna Cagle
Yoga is the union of mind, body, and soul. Through asana (physical postures), we cultivate presence, flexibility, strength, patience, and gratitude for our bodies, while also learning the value of consistency and boundaries. In this all-levels, 30-minute class, we’ll gently nudge your joints and muscles, no matter your age or mobility. Following the yoga practice, experience deep relaxation in a 45-minute guided sound bath designed to restore your nervous system and reconnect you with inner stillness.

Purusharta, Aims of Life in Vedic Astrology with Melanie Farmer
Purusharta, Aims of Life in Vedic Astrology
The Vedic astrological chart maps out planets and stars related to purpose (dharma), work (artha), love, family and community (kama) and ultimately freedom and end of life (Moksha).
It serves as a karmic guide through both joyful and difficult times. During hardships, the chart helps us understand and overcome obstacles. In joyful moments, it aids in expanding good fortune and sharing it with others.
Jyotisha, which translates to "wise light" or "wisdom of the heavens," is an ancient astrological practice that adopts a comprehensive approach to life, promoting the complete development of the soul. The essence of Jyotisha lies in pure consciousness, which influences our perception. When this perception is balanced, life's fluctuations are navigated and understood with greater ease.
Jyotish is the study of light emanating from the sun, moon, stars, and planets, involving the calculation of planetary positions, stars, and other points in the sky. It provides a natal chart based on the time, date, and place of birth, which indicates karma for this lifetime. Jyotish assists in choosing ayurvedic remedies and dharmic support to help fulfill one's potential.
Class One - Dharma - Purpose and Power
Class Two - Artha - Work and Service
Class Three - Kama - Love, family and Community
Class Four - Moksha - Freedom and end of life
