When darkness settles early, and winter wind scrapes our windows, there is nothing quite like soup for supper. While we are waiting for the light to return, please join us for comfort and conversation as we pass the soup, warm our hands, and enjoy each other’s company. The chill will melt away with table talk and homemade steaming soup and bread in the quiet corners of Women Hold the Key.
Join hosts Linda Nygaard and Selin Demir (see more about them as they co-host a monthly program on VoV - Stirring the Pot) as they welcome winter and having a meal together.
For the first gathering, we will have 4-6 soups (one + vegan, one+ vegetarian) plus home baked bread.
At subsequent gatherings, we will ask 4-6 participants to bring a crock pot full of soup plus one or two folks to bring bread and recipe’s to share.
For all gatherings, we ask that you bring your own bowl and a spoon!
