The New Map: Life-Weaving and Self Care

  • Women Hold the Key @ the Synergy Center for Women (map)

You will weave a small tapestry with two different colored yarns and learn to weave a technique which is both artistic and provides a metaphor for mapping a full life. One colored thread symbolizes the world which we cannot control. The other relates to our wellbeing which continuously expands and returns to re-balance. You will experience the ebb and flow of self-care as you weave in harmony with your personal needs. Spanish weaver, Teresa Lanceta tells us: It is essential to “honor what you owe yourself for being who you are.” Although life-weaving is a personal process its universal focus on wellbeing will bless the world around us.

Please join me this Fall as we map a more integrated life together!
