We are taking a bold next step in our mission with a Chapter Expansion model for communities beyond our island. Women Hold the Key Vashon has become a living model for what happens when women have a place to gather, learn, lead, teach, rest, build confidence, and stay connected.

Chapter Expansion Roadmap

Our Chapter Expansion is rooted in shared mission, local leadership, and clear support from our founding chapter on Vashon. Each new chapter will be guided by a common vision, aligned values, operational tools, marketing resources, bylaws, agreements, and training designed to help local leaders build strong, sustainable women-centered communities in their own regions.

• Phase 1: Recruitment & Readiness. In Progress: Finalize the chapter model and platform; identify chapter leaders for the initial launch.

• Phase 2: Launch & Support. Fall/Winter 2026: Chapter orientation,

  training, development + outreach.

• Phase 3: Growth & Sustainability. 2027 and beyond: Build a network of national and global chapters, continue training + mentorship, community growth, and impact.

Women Hold the Key exists to create powerful communities where women thrive. Chapter Expansion is the next expression of that mission.
