What if wellness isn’t something we achieve, but something we learn to reconnect with?
Join facilitator Emilia for a welcoming women’s talking circle exploring a more connected and expansive approach to health—one that brings together our bodies, our relationship with nature, the food we eat, our sense of purpose, and our connection with one another.
Drawing from the 8-point Journey of Intrinsic Health taught by Dr. Zach Bush and his teaching team, Emalia will weave together holistic wellness concepts with simple nature-connection practices that can become part of everyday life.
Together, we’ll explore what it means to widen our understanding of health beyond simply “feeling well.” How might our wellbeing support the life we want to live? What can the rhythms of nature teach us about our own rhythms? How might eating locally, seasonally, and regeneratively deepen our relationship with both our bodies and the place we call home?
Most importantly, this is a circle, not a lecture.
There will be space to listen, reflect, share experiences, ask questions, and learn from one another. Because sometimes one of the most powerful parts of a wellness journey is simply having a place where we can show up as we are—and be heard and witnessed along the way.
About Emilia
Emilia is a certified Holistic Health Coach through Dr. Zach Bush’s Journey of Intrinsic Health. Her work combines holistic wellness, nature connection, and the power of gathering in circle.
She has facilitated women’s wellness circles, teen talking circles, nature-based wellness experiences for homeschool youth, and Nourishing Nature for Girls classes through the Wilderness Awareness program on Vashon. Her participation in women’s ceremonies and wisdom councils also informs her approach to creating spaces grounded in listening, connection, reflection, and shared wisdom.
Come as you are. Bring your questions, your experiences, and your curiosity about what it might mean to live a little more deeply connected—to yourself, to one another, and to the natural world.
The preference is to commit to the 8 week journey, but we understand that is not always possible.
