The Three Questions of Loss with Rondi Lightmark

  • Women Hold the Key @ the Synergy Center for Women (map)

An Exploration of Death, Grief and Mystery

$15 fee for Rondi’s book

In a book club format, read, share and explore the questions raised in Rondi Lightmark's memoir "The Difference between Seeds and Stones."

Is there life after death? Is it possible to have a relationship with a departed loved one? How can we let a loved one go and not stay stuck in scenarios of what is no longer a living energy in a relationship? Is there greater potential in our own spiritual development if we recognize that our grief about our own shattered life plan is separate from the love we still hold for our loved ones who are no longer in physical form?

What are the different practices for working with grief in the body, grief in the soul, and grief in the spirit? Participants will be invited to explore journaling, dreamwork, visualization, or whatever emerges as helpful in the course of our discussions.

Four 90 minute bi-weekly sessions will focus sequentially on the four separate sections of the memoir. Everyone is welcome, whether you are struggling with grief or whether you are simply interested in the topic.
