Face Fears and Find Courage to Create YOUR RICH LIFE - A four part series
During “What’s So Scary About Money?” attendees are encouraged, through discussion and exercises, to explore feelings, emotions, and experiences that limit their empowerment around financial resources. To ensure that we have a healthy relationship with money, it’s important to explore how we ‘feel’ about it: What do we want from the relationship? Do we nurture or ignore it and why? Are we willing to learn more about both the practical aspects of finances and our internal motivations when it comes to financial management?
The sessions are meant to: provide an introduction to exploring internal resistance around positive financial steps; help build internal safety and courage for change, and; offer practical and actionable steps toward greater financial clarity and freedom.
These four insight-packed sessions are co-facilitated by Laurel Durrett, licensed mental health counselor and embodied awareness coach with years of experience supporting women as they move through internal barriers that block awareness of freedom and optimism. She brings support and guidance as we unpack money-related fears and move toward financial empowerment.
Laurel is joined by Catherine Cochrane, who brings years of practical financial experience, wisdom, tools, and exercises. Catherine offers passion for and expertise in the field of financial well-being as well as encouragement as she helps each member face fears and take personalized steps toward greater financial peace.
