75-Minute Yoga & Sound Bath: Movement for the Body, Relaxation for the Mind and Spirit

Yoga is the union of mind, body, and soul. Through asana (physical postures), we cultivate presence, flexibility, strength, patience, and gratitude for our bodies, while also learning the value of consistency and boundaries.

To begin this all-levels class, we’ll take 30-minute to gently nudge your joints and muscles through yoga, no matter your age or mobility.

Following the yoga practice, experience deep relaxation in a 45-minute guided sound bath designed to restore your nervous system and reconnect you with inner stillness.

Imagine: Lying on a soft mat or sitting in a chair, you inhale deeply, moving your spine gently side to side with the sound of an ocean drum. As your body loosens, everything feels just a little easier. After 30 minutes of movement, you settle into stillness. The chime of a bell drifts through the air, followed by the resonant gong and soothing sounds of rain. Over 45 minutes these healing frequencies invite you to unwind and drift into a state of complete relaxation.

What Is a Sound Bath? A sound bath is a meditative experience where you’re “bathed” in healing sound waves—created by instruments like crystal bowls, gongs, chimes, and rain sticks. These frequencies help shift your body into the parasympathetic nervous system, where true rest, healing, and emotional balance can begin.

As You Relax: Your breathing slows and deepens Blood pressure naturally lowers Cortisol levels drop Cellular repair activates Mood-balancing hormones like dopamine return to equilibrium

You may feel your body vibrate in tune with the music at first—then soften into stillness. Many describe this as a place between consciousness and sleep: a gentle, blissful release.
